PROS-Extremely convenient hours - it's not open 24/7, but it still has great availability.-The most expensive membership is $35/month and has what I consider to be decent value - you can go to any location & also attend any classes free of charge.-Additionally, they didn't upsell me or use deceptive sales tactics when I signed up. They just gave me a sheet of paper that shows the membership options, & clearly/cleanly lays out what the costs/terms are.CONS-The facility itself is subpar at best. Have to say I was impressed with the location! In the gym industry for seven years gave it a shot today on a guest pass front desk was great and the facility was clean and machines were in great shape ! Well impressed going to join tomorrow for sure !

Good range of machines, all high quality. The trainers are friendly and ready to answer all your questions. Enough space for core/functional training as well. They have class although I have not attended them yet.
