My AC unit was not working and Conway was fantastic. Rob Bonilla was my tech and he was amazing. He was able to diagnose my AC unit which was located on the roof of my building and he was able to get my AC unit back up and running. Rob took the time to explain what might have cause the issue and was very easy to talk to when going over my situation. Rob was very professional and knowledgeable. I called Conway Comfort Heating and Cooling when my furnace stopped working and was amazed at how quickly they responded. They scheduled a visit the same day, arrived on time and explained the issue in simple terms. The technician performed the repair efficiently and left everything clean.
