Kia had me sold on renting at Brookwood before I even toured the property! I called to inquire and her professionalism, understanding & patience is what made me take a tour and rent the apartment same day. Property management was my previous career for over 20 years so I am NOT easy to sell too. Kia answered my millions of questions in person, email and phone calls and she patiently explained everything, showed me gorgeous apartments and now that I have signed my lease I am excited to move in. The day I signed my lease at the sister community Wynbrook a super nice maintenance gentleman saw that I arrived early for my appointment & stopped to ask if I needed assistance.… read full review
