Pick A Color Nail Salon

I needed a manicure very badly I wanted a French but Rachel gave me a pretty pink French color honestly it looks very good because my nails are short now . She really did a great job on my cuticles and my hands and nails look amazing . I have got a couple of compliments on them in a couple of days . I got the gel Polish which seems a god choice for me.

This was my first time at Pick A Color Nail Salon. This was BY FAR the best nail experience I have ever had! From the minute I walked in the door, I felt comfortable. I was treated so well. Saying that sounds crazy but this is not common. I got the chrome powder in a pinkish color. Mimi was lovely! The time and care that was put into every nail. It was not rushed. Perfect experience start to finish. 10/10 would recommend.

Let me start this off by saying I rarely leave reviews, especially bad reviews unless deserved. But the attitude and lack of respect that this place has for customers especially potential new clients is nuts.
I had made an appointment for this nail salon due to my nail tech being away and I needed my acrylics filled in ASAP. As soon as I walked in I received a nasty attitude from the nail tech for explaining my situation and what I wanted. I understand my nails were a mess, I had 2 broken nails that I knew I had to pay for. When she started to take the gel off my nails, she broke 2 of my nails and insisted I needed a whole new set of acrylics and acted as if I wasted her time telling her I needed a fill in over the phone. I had just gotten a new set the last time I went to my nail tech. I explained to her that I just wanted a fill in, and to fix my 2 broken nails. She proceeded to look at my nails and give them a nasty look, understandable they were really overgrown and messed up, she then proceeded to start to take the gel off and on the 2 fingers she took the gel off she broke the tips. I have never had a nail tech break my tips off from taking off the gel, this wasn’t really the issue it was more the attitude that was given. I should have known when I walked in and there was no customers in there getting their nails done. At this point I was not going to pay to get the 2 tips she had broken fixed plus the 2 that I knew I had to get fixed. I was ready to leave, I felt so bad that I even offered to leave her a tip for breaking 2 of my tips and just taking 2 of my fingers gel off. I ended up leaving shaken up, I have never seen a nail salon treat new customers like that. If she hadn’t given me the attitude she had given me I would have stayed. I do not recommend this place at all especially if you are a new customer.

Let me note that I knew I did not exactly need a whole new set, I ended up going somewhere else the same day and got my 2 nails I originally had broke fixed plus the 2 she had broke fixed free of charge. Like I said it was understandable for her to tell me to get a new set since I would have to pay for the 4 broken tips off my nails, just the attitude and lack of respect is the reason I am writing this review.

Jinny and her team are fantastic! I have never seen someone as attentive in her details for a standard manicure. I don't like clear polish and always havemy nails buffed. A typical buffing job lists 2-3 days tops but Jinny spends extra time to get the best shine I've ever seenthat lasts a full week and is perfect. There is nowhere else I will go for a manicure and pedicure and the price is also very reasonable. Thank you!

First time trying this nail salon, and I was impressed by the wide range of colors to choose from. The owner provided friendly and attentive service in a very clean environment. They even included a relaxing foot and neck massage, which was a delightful experience after a long day. My gel pedicure and manicure were definitely worthwhile—I'll be coming back.

Update: Second time in getting a UV gel extension set from who I believe to be the owner. I can't even believe she let me walk out with my nails like this, and I was so exhausted I gave up. Really wanted to love it here, but now I have to fix my own nails.

The door was wide open so I went in to simply ask what time they usually close and the lady gave me a very nasty attitude. Will not be coming back here.
