I see either Robert or Mia and they are fantastic! As a bodybuilder, many kinks and injuries have come up over the years but the project body team never fails to get me good as new and operating at maximum efficiency. The greatest breakthroughs in my training have come after having access to new ranges of motion as a result of the work done at project body. Going to a regular spa and getting a massage is nice but if you’re someone whose serious about training and want to be performing at the top of your game, this is the place for you.“
