Massage Envy in East Rutherford provides a welcoming environment with friendly staff who remember clients' names. The massage therapists are skilled and often customize sessions to address specific areas of concern and needs. The facilities are clean and pleasant, offering a relaxing experience for customers. Many clients appreciate the calming atmosphere, especially those seeking relief from back pain. Some customers noted that prenatal restrictions prevented foot massages, which caused minor disappointment, but overall, the massages were very relaxing. A standout therapist received high praise for going above and beyond to meet individual needs, making the experience memorable. The friendly office staff also contributed to positive visits, leaving clients eager to return and even sign up for monthly massages. Guests also enjoyed other services like facials, with Kristen being highly praised for her thoroughness and relaxing approach, and products with lavender and pumpkin scents. Clients often leave feeling refreshed, lighter, and recharged, with many booking their next appointment immediately. The location is well kept, and therapists like Tarik and Gisela are highly recommended for their intuitive, customized, and therapeutic massages.
I cannot recommend Gisela enough! I’ve probably had 10 massages with her, and every single one has been spectacular. Her prenatal massages were truly out of this world, and after I gave birth her postnatal massages continued to be just as excellent. She consistently adapts the pressure throughout the session and really focuses on the areas that need the most attention. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so much better. I’ve also had massages with some of the other therapists at this location, and while they were good, no one compares to Gisela. She does book up somewhat far in advance, but she is absolutely worth the wait!
My facial with Kristen was excellent. She was very thorough in explaining everything as she went along. I love the products she used, especially the lavender & pumpkin scented ones. I left feeling relaxed & refreshed & wishing I didn’t have go. Until next time…. Thanks, Kristen!
