The moment I walked into Le Pooch Chateau, I knew it was the perfect place for Aiwa. The facility is cage-free, extremely clean, and truly feels like a home away from home for dogs.
What gave us the most peace of mind was the daily updates. Throughout Aiwa’s 21-night stay, we received photos and videos that reassured us she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away.

The young woman at the front was so jolly and nice as she serviced our dog. It's apparent that she loves her job. The results of the grooming say the same. I'll remain a loyal customer here.

Le Pooch Chateau has been an absolute gift for me and my dog, Winston Paul. It’s probably one of the best decisions I have made for him. He genuinely loves going to school here and when I pick him up he’s literally smiling.
When I first adopted Winston Paul, I sent him somewhere else. It smelled, I could tell he hated going, and one day I walked in and someone was actually screaming at him.
