WOW is all I can say. I called the salon explaining my hair emergency and was told to come in right away. Though I could not stay, I had a consultation with Cassie who put me right at ease. I ended up having highlights from hell from another salon and she walked me through what would help it. I just got done with my appointment and am BEYOND happy with the correction. She explained every part of the process and how to sustain my new color. I can show my hair confidently now all thanks to Cassie. Beyond an asset to the salon. THANK YOU!

Great service from friendly quick telephone pick up on the first ring until leaving the premise. Just moved to East Hanover and badly in need of a haircut. 2 - 3 weeks overdue due to CoVid quarantine.Had noticed this established, off the beaten path location and decided to call them first after several poor to mediocre cuts at the well known chains.It’s hard to know my schedule in advance, and having a long to do list I called to see if an appointment was available within 15 - 30 minutes. The telephone receptionist put me on hold for a couple of minutes and told me that they would be able to see me in 15 minutes. Rocco and his team (shout out to Samantha, Andrea, and Cassie) were all truly amazing to work with! Exceptional customer service. They did my wedding day hair and make up along with my bridal party's and it came out perfect. I highly recommend!!Services: Makeup services
