Furnace was not working; two friendly technicians arrived right on time and fixed the problem very quickly! Even stayed a bit to be sure all zones and hot water heater worked! Hoping we do not have an issue again, but if we do, Kodiak will be our go-to. Highly recommend:) Price was very reasonable, too!
I had no air-conditioning and the temp outside was 90. They came and did point by point testing inside then outside. Rather than just saying your a/c unit is old, you'll need a new unit, he found a blown fuse outside! What a huge win for me, and them also, will never use anyone else!! Thank you Lee! Use them with confidence, you won't be sorry!
