Wow! I shop here most of the time but today I have to thank the store manager, Claudette for her helpfulness and going the extra distance to help me! She is terrific and in a time where most people don’t care to help in retail stores, it was a pleasure dealing with her!

So I frequent Ulta in East Brunswick on Rt. 18 a few times a month. Usually I go in get what I need and bounce. Today, I was greeted by the Manager Laduan who was everything a beautiful customer service experience should be. Upon entering I was greeted by this fashionably dressed manager, who sported a smile and impeccably coifed hair to boot. Laduan was not only interested what products were best for me but he was very present in the conversation. I was actually, there because I needed to return some items that didn’t suit me. I booked a haircut and scalp renewal treatment with Brendan and so happy I did. They did a wonderful job. My hair is on the thinner side but I trusted Brendan to suggest the best cut for my hair type and happy I did. I love my new style and loved the conversation and company just as much. I’ll absolutely be going back.
