I had a wonderful experience at this store. I came in with gifted Dyson blow-dryer looking to return it and get a Dyson air wrap. I was being helped by Claudia, who was patient and walked me through the return process. After realizing I couldn't use the in-store merchandise card online, she waited for me to make two phone calls to figure out what I was going to do. In the meantime, Ladwan (I'm so sorry I probably spelled that wrong) went in the back to check their shipment and see if they had any. The staff here is super helpful and friendly! My girlfriend, Bridget and I came into the store early today on a whim and did some looking around the shop. Bridget was nervous to ask for help and I nudged her to ask the staff. The staff were immediately helpful and did it all with a smile, specifically Sonia. Sonia, one of the beauty advisors, was so welcoming and offered a lot of advice for the kinds of things we were looking for. She knew exactly what products to suggest for our needs and I’ve never seen my girlfriend so happy to be helped by people in the past! I highly recommend coming!

Ashley ( from the hair salon) was super helpful in guiding me to find the perfect shampoo for me curly, color treated hair. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, walking throughout the store to find the correct product!
