Someone recommended this shop to me last minute, and i’m so glad they did. I see Kelvin and i’ve gotten 3 pieces from him. He is my bestfriend 100%! Everything is healing so nicely and i’ve gotten so many compliments.

I got a sternum tattoo here. I was originally quoted $600, which I was completely fine with. I made it clear I wanted the exact design I showed, and my artist assured me she would recreate it in her style. The reference already had longer, more detailed lines, so I expected that to be reflected in my tattoo. I trusted the shop — I’ve been coming here for piercings for years and always heard great things about their tattoos.
The artist was kind and the experience itself wasn’t bad, which is why this is hard to write. But the tattoo ended up noticeably off-center and much shorter than what I asked for. The stencil was placed multiple times, and it was even mentioned that my belly button isn’t centered. As an artist, I would expect the placement to be adjusted based on anatomy so the tattoo itself appears centered, but the final result still came out uneven and not aligned with my body.
During the appointment, when she was almost finished and I looked at it during a break, I mentioned that it looked shorter and not accurate to what I asked for. I also communicated that I wanted it slightly longer and asked if she could adjust it, but I was told that would cost more, which was disappointing since I was already quoted an amount for what I originally asked for. Despite that, the final result still didn’t reflect the design I originally showed.
I ended up having to get it reworked twice, and eventually I had to completely cover it. It’s honestly heartbreaking because it’s my sternum, which is such an intimate area, and I had to keep looking at something I hated on my own body. It got to the point where it really affected how I felt about myself.
This was really upsetting because I trusted this shop and had a good history here. It took me a while to say anything, but I feel like it’s important to be honest about my experience. I was even told to reach out privately after my initial review, but it’s been months with no response. Overall, this has been a really disappointing experience.

i called about getting a helix piercing here and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, and had a very bad attitude, as if i was a total inconvenience for calling to get a piercing. i have read numerous awful reviews from this place, i would not recommend going here honestly just because of how unprofessional and rude the staff member was.

There was a special going on for March and it was the last day when I went. There was a bit of a wait but the moment it was my turn I did not feel rushed, I felt nicely attended by the girl piercer and she even gave me a free hair tie cause I pierced my ears. Loved my interaction with her.

I've gotten multiple piercings a couple months ago and I'm still having issues with them to this day. I followed all aftercare instructions and these were not my first so I have knowledge about that. The piercers give you their instagram and tell you to message them if you have any questions or issues, yet when I messaged two different ones about bumps and healing issues I'm having, they don't respond at all. My friend also got her third lobes pierced here, which is a relatively easy piercing to heal, but she was also having issues despite also taking good care. Overall, honestly rude regarding the lack of responses and their jewelry seems to be bad quality because ever since I changed my belly button's jewelry to my own (not even real gold), it has been doing well. HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else if you want your piercings to heal well!
