Screen says 5 minutes before haircut. People come in behind us put their name screen says 1 hour and half. Barber takes them right away. What's the point of having people type In their name for spot and your still picking and choosing who you want. Never go back here...

I was seated, watching tv while playing a game, and waiting for my turn. A man came in with his small child and asked the female stylist to change the channel because he did not want his child to watch boxing, which I was watching. She did not ask me if it was ok and she changed the channel. I saw that the child was not watching the television and proceeded to ask the father why he would ask her to change the channel without asking anybody else, who might be watching it. I told him that this was rude and inconsiderate. He got upset because he felt that I was questioning what he is teaching his child. We got into a heated discussion, but there were no threats and nobody’s safety was in question. The female employee then said, “if you can’t act like adults, then I will ask you to leave”. News alert: Adults do not always agree and it is perfectly normal for adults to have a conversation where they do not agree! The fact that she was so inconsiderate of anybody else in the establishment, and then became so high and mighty afterwards, was infuriating! On top of everything else, my stylist gave me a haircut that has an uneven cut on the top. The left side is longer and it looks like what I would refer to as a combover. I did not notice this until the next day after I took a shower and was brushing my hair.I have been to this location numerous times. I like Sports Clips because it is a business model designed specifically for men. This is the second time the stylist did a bad job, which Mike the owner did appropriately address the first time.Given the repeated lack of a quality haircut, and the belligerent conduct of the female stylist, I will no longer give Sports Clips my business!Service: Haircut

Absolutely terrible.Stopped in for a quick cut. Was ignored from the get. Neither employee acknowledged me for the entire half hour I was in the store.I then got a notification on my phone that I was next up,but then both employees just disappeared.Save your time and money, go ANYWHERE eise

Yesterday I received one of the worst haircuts of my life. It was a terrible experience, and so different than the typical Sports Clips experience. I'm not sure if the guy was a member of staff or if it was his first day. To make things worse, the hair wash varied from extremely hot or too cold. It was like he was afraid to touch my head. How can someone get through training like that? I wasn't asked how I'd like my neckline, what type of product I put in my hair (he didn't put anything in) and felt extremely vulnerable the entire time. I've never had an experience at a Sports Clips like this before. My ears are a mess still and I have to go to a second place to get things touched up. Very disappointed.

This place stinks! Online check in is not available until 10am but somehow 2 people were able to check in online and I was the first person in the store at 10am. I had to wait there a whole hour. Then they have a barber in the store who is appointment only and the other barber is for all other customers to see.Service: Kids' cuts
