Taxes were given to him in mid February 2026. Numerous calls were placed and never returned (when you were actually able to leave a message). Tax day came and went without hearing from him. My husband drove by his office several times and on one occasion his car was there and my husband went in. Besides the office being a complete disaster, there were clients files left outside his office that were not secured and anyone going up the stairs could go through them and get personal information. I’ve called numerous times and never get a call back. Ed has all my mom’s documents for her 2024 income tax. Be put in for an extension and now it’s 6 months later and still no call back
