Park Chateau Estate and Gardens

This place was beyond amazing and incredible!!! I mean I figured at first that a 2 hour trip on a hot ass spring day would not be worth it but when I came to I was honestly stunned by the sheer beauty. This venue hosts a hotel and church side by side with a parking lot, gardens and fountains everywhere, bars and dining hall for wedding events, a banquet hall, offices, private rooms, clean bathrooms, staff everywhere all suited up and presenting so formally. I could go on and on about this place but I will try to keep it small and simple as possible. I went to my cousins wedding which was hosted here a few days ago and it was by far one of the best I’ve ever been to. They have photographers and videographers on standby, small paper umbrellas, Chinese fans, for hot days like when my family and I went a few days ago, flowers to throw during and after ceremony, sparklers for send offs, valet parking, accommodation for all guests no matter size, gender, ethnicity, race, religion, culture etc. The interior is all candle lit, marble floors, giant chandeliers, spiral staircases, monogrammed towels and tissues, among so much more!! I will consider this place for my wedding when it comes because I was dumbfounded by how fancy and high class everything was and especially since nobody was snooty and presenting themselves in a diplomatic manner.

Park Chateau was the most amazing venue for our son and daughter in-law’s wedding on May 16, 2026. Phenomenal service from Joy and Jeff and all the staff. Food was incredible. The grounds are stunningly beautiful.

From the moment we arrived for our tour we were blown away by the beauty of the grounds and the elegance of every single detail throughout the estate. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life exactly as we had dreamed, and their professionalism and warmth made the entire planning process feel effortless. Our guests could not stop talking about the venue for weeks after the wedding. If you are searching for a place that combines timeless beauty with exceptional service, Park Chateau is in a league of its own.

We had a fabulous experience getting married at the Park Chateau.
Early in the process I had reservations about getting married at a “wedding venue” that it wasn’t Specail enough. Halfway through the day I had no reservations. I was so glad we went with a venue that has a process, system and team for everything. Before each step in the day they would give us a little rundown of what was about to happen. We could just be present. Not just us but our friends and family as well.
Furthermore, my in-laws were blown away by the amount of food and quality of service. Family members still talk about it.
Amy was amazing in telling us everything we needed to do to be successful and responding to questions very quickly.
Dawn, Sarah, Kerrie Ann, Jeremiah, Oscar, Josh, Ben - you guys are all professionals and we will always remember the level of care you provide on our wedding day.

Choosing the Park Chateau was the best decision we could have made! From the moment we showed interest in the venue, we could tell that their service is top notch. Devin the sales manager was so responsive via email and phone. Throughout the entire planning process, she and her team walked us through every step with so much organization and helpful tips, to make sure no detail was missed, and to make sure that we did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day. As soon as we arrived at the venue for our wedding day, we truly felt like royalty. The bridal suite is so spacious for our entire bridal party to get ready in and have fun. The bridal attendants were amazing and helped us get ready and set everything up for the photographer. We brought some personal things to display for our memory table, and jewelry/details for our getting ready photos, and we did not have to worry about setting it up at all. Their team did it all for us! One flower girl arrived with stains in her dress and the team managed to get all the stains out. The team made sure to contact all of our vendors to coordinate their arrivals, set up, and tips, so we did not have to worry about a thing on our big day. They truly made our entire wedding day stress free! The communication between the team members is phenomenal. They are aware of everything and make sure no detail gets missed. They made sure my husband and I had quality time together at our wedding so we can actually enjoy the moment, time with our guests, time to eat, and also time to dance. I hear so many people say they did not eat at their wedding, or they barely made it on the dancefloor. The PC staff makes sure you get it all on your wedding day. The bridal attendants made sure my dress was bustled, clean and spotless the entire night. They made sure we were comfortable, even providing us cold towels to cool off after a lot of dancing. They were always nearby with drinks and water throughout the night, making sure we had everything and anything we could need. Their team is one of the main things that stand out compared to all other venues, and I cannot even put into words how exceptional they are. They are kind, professional, and SO helpful. And of course the venue itself is BEAUTIFUL - from the grounds to the ballroom, to the hotel right nextdoor. Everything is perfectly clean, decorated, and manicured. Our guests have not stopped raving about how amazing the food and cocktail hour was, how beautiful the venue was, and how convenient it was to be able to walk next door to the hotel. Shout out to the best team - Devin, Oscar, Dawn, Ashley, Jeremiah, and Kerianne. I truly cannot explain how grateful we are to have had such an amazing team and the most incredible wedding day. I am still in awe of how perfect it was. The Park Chateau is worth every penny. Now we are hoping someone we know gets married here soon so we can experience it again as guests!

The property is absolutely breathtaking, but it’s the people behind it who make it unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was organized, seamless, and executed at the highest level. We never felt stressed—just excited and fully able to be present and enjoy every moment of our day.

If you’re considering Park Château, don’t hesitate—it is worth every penny. We would relive that day there a thousand times over.

I had a really disappointing experience trying to book this venue. The customer service was honestly one of the worst I’ve dealt with. From the start, communication felt unprofessional and unhelpful. Simple questions took way too long to get answered (if they were answered at all), and I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential client.
When you’re planning an event—especially something as important as a wedding—you expect at least basic courtesy, responsiveness, and clarity. Unfortunately, this place failed on all of those.
Based on this experience alone, I will not be calling back or booking this venue. There are plenty of other places that actually value their customers and make the process smooth and enjoyable.

The architecture and grounds are on another level. From the chapel to the gardens to the ballroom, every part of the property feels intentional and beautifully designed. It creates an experience for guests from the moment they arrive.

Beyond the aesthetics, though, we absolutely love the team here. They are awesome to working with, and they execute at a very high level. They understand timing, flow, and how to support both the client and the vendor team to create a seamless event. Not to mention, they make us feel like family every time we are here!

The Park Chateau was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! Amy C. was absolutely incredible from the first day until the very end! She went over every detail and if anything needed to be changed, she helped us with it right away! She was amazing in every way and made our day extra special! She truly was the best and it was the most perfect day from start to finish! We can’t thank her and the rest of the staff enough for going above and beyond the entire day, it truly means so much to us and we are so lucky! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the entire staff was there for you from the beginning to the vegetable end of the day with whatever you needed. Everyone was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. We are so grateful and thankful for everyone who made our dream wedding day come to life!

1 star isn’t low enough.

We gave Park Chateau a $9,000 deposit in 2021 — during COVID — money my fiancé and I worked incredibly hard for. When the pandemic made it impossible to move forward as planned, they refused to refund us. Instead, their “solution” was to offer a rescheduled wedding on a random Tuesday night, which is completely unrealistic for any normal couple trying to have family and friends attend.

This felt less like customer service and more like taking advantage of people during a crisis. There was zero flexibility, zero empathy, and no real attempt to work toward a fair outcome.

For a venue that markets itself as high-end and reputable, this experience was extremely disappointing. Be very cautious before handing over a large deposit here — especially if anything unexpected happens, because based on our experience, you may be stuck with no reasonable options.

We trusted them with a huge moment in our lives, and they handled it poorly.
