Worst decision we could've made for the deck.We interviewed several different companies and finally decided on legends based on their apparent attention to detail. Bill Sr. sat with us for an extended period of time laying out the plans for the deck and we seemed comfortable with him based on his apparent ability. When the construction began, we quickly realized that the job was too big for them and they lack the ability to complete the project. While they hired many " part time workers " and college kids to help with the project, they were unable to keep many people working with them. We could not be happier with the deck and patio designed and built for us by Legends. Bill listened to all of our needs and requirements and created several options for us to choose from. Taking in account the size we wanted, height with our walk out basement and kids in the house, Legends suggested ideas and architectural designs that aligned perfectly. From the simple, yet unexpected designs on the stairs, to quick modifications when something didn't feel right, Legends was easy to work with and always communicated timely.
