I worked with John and it was an extremely fantastic experience. He went above and beyond for me, was never pushy, and he absolutely knows how to handle himself when it comes to negotiating. If you are buying in New Jersey you should absolutely work with him, and for my fellow veterans looking to navigate the house hunting process there are certain things that you need your realtor to be knowledgeable about or you can honestly just be wasting your time. This was my first time buying a home, and John made this process so easy for me. He was always available for showings, always available to take phone calls, text messages, emails. John is very knowledgeable in his field. If I had any questions, he would have an answer, or find one immediately. Throughout this whole process, I was never in the dark or ill informed. John looked out for my best interest and did everything he could to maintain trust. I have already referred John to family members and will continue to do so.
