Two thumbs up! The gym is clean and comfortable to train in! The trainers are all very welcoming and so is the rest of the Fit-Spot community! Mike as a personal trainer and business owner attends to his clients with integrity & competence to ensure client safety and satisfaction for maximum results. He makes sure his team lives up to that standard as well. I’m very pleased to have been training with Mike for months now and am looking to becoming a member to avail of the classes very soon!

After already having a couple of sessions with their personal trainers my body feels immensely fresh, worked out, and fantastic. Services provided are SPECTACULAR… compared to the other personal training services in the local area that are much more expensive… it is the same stuff for a cheaper price

Update: I’ve been attending classes at Fit Spot for over 4 years now and can only say great things about Fit Spot, Mike and all the trainers. Every class is different and smaller in size, so the trainers keep a close eye on all to either modify a movement or push you to the next level. Overall a great gym and atmosphere!Fit Spot is a welcoming and motivating environment.
