Carolina and Alexia are the BEST! I cannot express how nice and genuine the whole team was. I was staying at the Grand Chateau for a wedding and had NO CLUE there was a salon! I came in past the salon hours, stressed over my self-done hair, when Carolina stopped what she was doing to help me. I cannot say nicer things about my experience there and my gratitude for the girls’ help on such a special day. REAL LIFE HEROES!
AMAZING TEAM!!!!!! I was a guest at the Chateau Grande for a wedding 4/ 8- 4/10. I was in a bind and needed to have my hair done. We arrived the evening before the wedding. I went to the salon and Dana, the sales coordinator, was able to get me in at 2:30 and the wedding was at 5:30. Woo Hoo!!!!! Alexia styled my updo. She did and WONDERFUL job on my hair! My hair withstood all of the dancing! If I lived in NJ, I would absolutely return for more of their services.
My husband and I visited Bliss Salon at the Chateau for our anniversary. Dana was so helpful with setting up our massage & spa services and treated us like a VIP. She consistently went the extra mile to make our stay special. Our massages with Karyn were amazing. The salon is a quiet escape and felt like our own personal Spa . We were even able to order lunch from the Orchard Park bar and have it delivered in between services. Highly recommend a visit!
