Beach Bum Tanning

I’ve never been tanning before but I need to for my wedding. My friend recommended beach bum and I called ahead for questions. Aida was so helpful and upbeat, and walked me through the whole process. It is pricy but the bed was clean and the customer service unmatched. I probably won’t always go tanning, but so far it is amazing here!

I called ahead of time and was accommodated for a very quick and last-minute appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival. I was asked to fill out intake paperwork because I have never been at the salon before she asked me a couple questions about what I wanted and because I am new to spray tanning, the staff answered my questions quickly and efficiently. I was able to get in very quickly in the process to approximately a total of 10 minutes. The facility is very open and clean and I will be going back to them for future appointments.

(5-10-23) Amazing customer service!! No uncomfortable “upselling”. The girls are always super friendly, even when they are busy. Big thanks to manager Antonio for quickly responding to an email question I had about my package.(3-14-01) The 2 female employees; especially the girl with blonde hair (sorry her name escapes me) who worked Sunday Morning March 14th were super helpful, friendly, & professional!!
