I recently had Frech McKnight prepare a visitation for my sister, Linda. Director Dave was very responsive via text or phone call, as family plans and arrangements evolved quickly during the preparation of visitation. He took his time to explain the process in detail and was authentically compassionate. Director Bobby was instrumental in preparing a flawless experience, the day of the visitation. Their video monitoring system is a nice touch. Simply give them a data card or a flash drive containing your photo files and your memories effortlessly stream on large video screens in the visitation room in addition to various public places located in the building. Recently my dad passed away and we met up with the the Manager Bobby at Frech and McKnight in Dumont,NJ. From the beginning Bobby showed compassion and was informative. He provided us an afterlife checklist to help with financial like how to contact Social Security. The whole staff was accommodating and communication was great. They also work with great retired pastor that proceeded over the service as well if you need someone. pastor Elaine Burket an awesome person to work with. They also have a downstairs to have people meet after and you do not have to find a restaurant. A+++
I can't say enough about how amazing the team at Frech's are! When my grandma passed away, they handled everything professionally and did an amazing job with her services. Both the wake and funeral were absolutely gorgeous which helped my family find peace knowing that my grandma was honored in such a beautiful way. I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know because of the amazing experience my family and I had with them.
