Responded the first chance they get. I left a message Sunday night, got a return call Monday 7:30AM, on site by 8:30AM! Fair price considering the response time and what they had to do. Very good techs showed up and completed the job. Black Dog will be our go-to going forward!

Our heat stopped functioning a few weekends ago and it was COLD. We called Black dog to support a local business. They arrived the next morning and serviced us in less than two hours. They answered our questions and alleviated our concerns. I believe price was comparable to others (they fixed same issue we had two years ago). Apparently we had air in our baseboard/pipes and they flushed and replaced a part. Fingers crossed this time the work lasts. Would use them again. Reliable, friendly and reasonable.

Came home very late from being away to no heat. Called Rick around 7am and he had his guys here within an hour. They were also able to fix the toilet and came back the next day with a new hot water heater to replace the old one that was shot. Great job and much appreciated.

I cannot speak highly enough of Rick and his company. He is very responsive, knowledgable, and honest. We used him for multiple utility related projects/installations and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Rick is also extremely honest and without going into details, was fair in his assessments of other quotes I showed him from competitors (that is, he acknowledged when competitors gave reasonable quotes). He is not pushy and seems to actually care about his customer's satisfaction and needs. I would not hesitate to use his company's services again. DO NOT USE THIS GUY , I spent thousands of dollars on his services to replace an C/A/C condenser . He gave me a written 5 year warranty and it crapped out . Now he wont honor his contract n ignores all contact . He even insisted on getting paid in cash . Doesnt care AT ALL . Maybe a lawsuit will change his mind ??

We needed a new blower fan for my 15 year old a/c furnace unit. Rick and his guys came, removed the old blower, and ordered a replacement which came the next day. They installed it and it works perfectly. Very professional and responsive service. I highly recommend!
