When I had a problem with my solar panels Hilton was so helpful and professional in helping to diagnose the problem. He is very knowledgeable on the different brands of solar equipment and the solar industry in general. He is a genuine guy and I truly felt that he wanted to help me and was on my side, that's why I wanted to leave this review for SunDial. I definitely recommend SunDial if you are thinking about getting solar panels or need help with existing ones.

We were looking at a few companies. This was the third one. The first company was large and gave us a very overpriced quote. The representative tried to rush us into a decision. The second one was a small company which had good reviews but the representative was brash, presumed we hadn't done our research and then tried to play a sleazy bargaining game with us. We went with Sundial because they were direct and honest. The price was fair. Frank - the salesman - took his time explaining everything respectfully and answering questions. He did not push for us to make a decision. We met Alex when he came to inspect the house. Everything went according to plan, they followed up closely on each step of the process. They worked diligently to make the 2020 deadline so that we got the max federal tax credit. Very professional and direct. Easy to get a hold of. Punctual. We were a little low on production in January and February but we have surplus in March, so we're optimistic for the rest of the year.
