Great experience with Petro -- professional, timely, quality furnace installation (along with the Aerus Air Scrubber which we highly recommend). Everyone we spoke with was extremely professional and accommodating. We had no heat and they came and assessed our older furnace, scheduled and installed a new one quickly. Can't thank the team enough for assisting us during this cold weather and also being extremely clean and respectful of our home. Thank you Petro!!!
Very good company! The oil delivery guys do what they have to do to make their runs at a maximum of 9 minutes. People are complaining about their driveways being blocked, but sometimes there's snow and cars taking up space on a one way street. Don't listen to the last review for they have unresolved anger issues. Last review had to wait no matter what. Their blocked driveway allowed cars to get by. If their driveway wasn't blocked, the whole road would have been and they would have to wait anyway on the one way street full of cars blocking everything. I've used Petro for my oil deliveries and service for many years. I've had some issues with my furnace, but I also get very prompt service from Petro. Anthony has been to my house several times to fix problems, a true professional who never leaves until the heat is working.
