To get them to pick up is so bad. I’ve been telling them since August 4th that I’m ready to ship. No calls, no texts, nothing. I call to let them know or they say they didn’t write me down for pickup. Promised to pick up the next day. They didn’t come either. They don’t have the courtesy to let you know either. They don’t apologize, NOTHING. I wouldn’t go with this company. I rather lose my $20 deposit & go with another company. Also 2 months to El Salvador is ridiculous.
**ATTENTION: DO NOT use this company they are a completely FRAUD… I sent a big barrel to my country filled it up with new stuff including expensive construction tools appx $1,000 worth of stuff. When the barrel arrived it was half way empty. They stole every single new stuff plus all the tools. The owners wife will only hang up the phone, refuse to refund or even give me a solution an investigation.. nothing.. she ignores all my calls. I wish I had read their reviews before, apparently I am not the only one. I will be seeking how you I can take them to court and report them. DO NOT USE this company.
If you want to avoid a headache, don't send anything with these people
Send 2 boxes from Pennsylvania to a village in Sanarate Guatemala
And until they arrived there they said that they would not deliver even my village
When I got someone to go get the boxes to sanarate, they said they had already returned them to Guatemala City.
I had to pay for the car twice and I had to wait a week for the boxes to return to heal you.
And when they came to pick them up
