I wanted my toes done. THE manager got an attitude when I told him I was allergic latex. He got up abruptly and changed his gloves. I don't know why he didn't ask first! He had an scowl on his face the whole time. Ugly little man!

I’ll usually try a place a couple times and give it a chance and this place is convenient for me so I gave it more than a few chances. First time I went they were taking my nails off to replace them by sliding a nail underneath it and ripped through half my natural nail which I thought that’s fine it was a mistake but it was painful. The next time I went another woman slipped with the drill and cut in to my nail bed and I thought okay that was also a mistake that’s fine too. Today a 3rd person slipped with the drill again and cut in to my nail bed again so that’s 3 out of 4 times in the past 6 or 7 months. I understand accidents but seems like carelessness.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Came here with 2 people yesterday and all 3 of us had a horrible experience. Both female nail techs were rude, all 3 of our pedicures were rushed. The lady who did mine and one of my friends completely rushed on a full set (completely different lengths and size tips, acrylic that is hanging over finger, horrible coffin shape) and wouldn’t fix and than when she did my refill, she did a completely different color than what I had on my nails, the “gel” polish chipped less than 3 hours later and no it’s not from the UV light.
