I’ve been going to Deptford Family Dental for about 10 years, and recently started bringing my two older daughters as well. The entire staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. They do a great job making patients feel comfortable and explaining everything clearly. The office is clean, appointments run smoothly, and they accept most insurance plans. I highly recommend Deptford Family Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care for themselves or their family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The facility is old and dirty and I was charged for my child’s preventative visit. The chairs in the waiting area were so filthy I cringed at the thought of my son sitting on them. It also took about 2 months to schedule this visit because nobody answered the phone. When I was able to schedule online it was cancelled because only at that point I was informed the pediatric dentist was available on Wednesdays only. (Also inconvenient) My insurance said they weren’t sure why I was charged for routine care and it must have been an error on the dentist office’s part. The EOB says everything is covered, as expected for a routine cleaning, but I was still charged by this office. I will be switching and contacting them for a refund. The pediatric dentist commented on how “active” my son was. He’s 2. And it was his first visit. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend this place at all.

I have always had Dr.A, and was upset, nervous, apprehensive to find out I was seeing new oral surgeon because Dr.A isn’t in my office anymore. I will miss my hilarious fun Dr.A, but I had a great visit with Dr. Barnes and Gina! They have such a great rapport with one another. I literally had such a good time! Quick and painless, just like Dr.A.
