Our 5-year old son was having trouble sleeping. He’d wake up in the middle night or early in the morning from dreams and not be able to go back to sleep. He also was still in diapers because he didn’t have one day where his diaper was dry. This was a trend for several years. He is a mouth breather and often has a congested nose. Jersey was always informative suggesting ways to reduce inflammation and to calm his system, along with some diet changes. We had weekly adjustment appointments for 2.5 months and we’ve seen marked improvement in his sleep, his overall mood and behavior. It is amazing how chiropractic treatments have helped him and us. Highly recommend.
