IP & Coach Dawn have been an absolute God-send!! I've lost 50 pounds in 6 months!! The food and drinks are yummy so you do not feel like you are being deprived of anything in the least!! And Coach Dawn really takes the time with you to help you in your weight-loss journey!! They also offer exceptional chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, nutritional counseling and life coaching, so it's one-stop shopping for all of your health and wellness needs, and Dr. Jersey and her whole staff are wonderful, they make you feel like family!! Cannot recommend them highly enough, there aren't enough stars!! :)

Love. Love. Love the program I found it easy to follow and to stay on track It's been about 1-3/4 years and I've been maintaining.
