The doctor takes the time to listen to patients' concerns, explains their situation, and provides insightful knowledge. The staff is pleasant, professional, and patient-friendly, making patients feel at ease. From the receptionist to the ultrasound technician, RNs, and PAs, the entire team works together to address patients' concerns. Dr. Mintz's office is highly recommended for its gentle, thorough, and caring service.
My husband started seeing Dr. Bruce Mintz a little over three years ago. After each visit he always seemed so happy. He spoke of how nice, professional and knowlegeable Dr. Mintz was that I decided I wanted that kind of treatment from my doctor. I've been a patient of Dr Bruce Mintz for the past three years and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Mintz takes time to address any and all of my medical concerns. He explains everything to me in a manner that makes it easy to comprehend and he is always very atrtentive to my needs. My family has been going to Dr. Mintz for over a decade and I go to him as well. The staff is so friendly and compassionate. I came in a mess and they were able to help me get the care I desperately needed. Sometimes the wait can be long but honestly it’s worth it because Dr. Mintz spends time with patients and their family to discuss the issue and possible solutions. I don’t need to worry about navigating the healthy care system because they will help when they can. So grateful for this place
Dr. Mintz is a prime example in how to listen and care when you are in the office. From his front desk staff who got me an appointment within days of calling to the CNA who was so sweet and gentle with me. The ultrasound tech was fabulous and we were laughing so hard at one point, we had to stop and catch ourselves. Dr. Mintz cared deeply about my issue and what our next steps were. He was concise but also listened to my own concerns and answered all of my questions. Yes the wait is long, but the care is amazing!
