He could not have been more helpful. He tried to troubleshoot the issue for me, and after giving me a solution to try, he told me to call him back in an hour to see how it was working. He also told me he would come out if it didn’t work. Well, his suggestion worked, and it got our heat up and running. Richard did all of this without even having serviced the equipment previously. I will definitely be calling Richard going forward if this is how well he treats someone who isn’t even a customer.“
