I sent an email on a day they were closed and received a response within the hour. That’s unheard of!! They followed up with a phone call first thing the next day when they were open with patience and understanding of my dog’s situation. They took wonderful care of Mochi even to the point of the owner Jen coming out to meet with me at drop off and pick up. Feel like I made a friend. On top of all of that, I can say they gave him the cutest cut under the circumstances.

Jack is a micro mini goldendoodle who has anxiety and does not like to get groomed. Ingrid came in the mobile Canine wellness center mobile grooming and took such good care of Jack his 10 and it is the best grooming he has ever had. We sent our family dog to Jan for grooming for 18 years and had such an amazing experience with her. Now years later with a new puppy in the household, we chose to return to Jan and the team at Canine Wellness Center both for grooming and for training. Ingrid and Aaron have single handedly transformed our 8 month old puppy’s behavior just over 4 weeks working with her.
