I can’t recommend Edmond and Sons enough. I called RIchard after-hours when my heat wasn’t working, despite having another company try and fix it earlier in the day. He could not have been more helpful. He tried to troubleshoot the issue for me, and after giving me a solution to try, he told me to call him back in an hour to see how it was working. He also told me he would come out if it didn’t work. Well, his suggestion worked, and it got our heat up and running. Richard did all of this without even having serviced the equipment previously. I will definitely be calling Richard going forward if this is how well he treats someone who isn’t even a customer.

I had a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink and received a quote from Service Professionals for more than $3,000. I then called Rich who promptly came over and told me that the problem was a broken valve. He replaced the valve and fixed the problem for less than $100. I now completely trust this guy. So hard to find an honest plumber.

Rich was every bit the professional and fair with his pricing. He took his time to ensure our new air conditioning system was installed properly, he maintained a meticulous job site, was careful to ensure that our dogs did not escape and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. I highly recommend him if you are in need of HVAC repairs or a new system.
