Asia Nails 2 understands that Safety and Sanitation are key to your peace of mind. Our implements are medically sterilized and disinfected after each use. Buffers and files are used only once then discarded. All pedicure procedures are done with liner protection. Customers have had a mix of experiences at Asia Nails 2. Some have reported excellent service, with beautifully done dip nails and gel color. Others have encountered issues, such as a nail technician leaving a client to start a manicure on another customer, and a junior associate who struggled with cutting toenails. However, the customers were pleased with the salon's focus on sanitization and client satisfaction, and were willing to give the salon a second chance.
Had an appointment, but when I got there the nail tech apologized for not being finished with another client. After 10 minutes, she left her client sitting while she started a manicure on me. She then handed me off to a Jr. associate, who did not seem to know how to cut toe nails. She used a cuticle nipper to do it. She was very thorough but VERY slow. She then fudged up a toe polish trying to put on the plastic sandals. 2 hours later... The place was clean, had liners in the spa tub and fresh utensils; #1 & 2 for me. I will give them a 2nd chance as they seem very concerned about sanitization and client satisfaction.
I was on vacation in Georgia and decided to have my nails done by Asia Nails. I walked in and asked if they had anything for the following morning. The appointment was made for 10:30, Wednesday morning. I didn't realize I was further from the location than I thought. I called to say I was running 10 minutes late. They were so nice and friendly, I really felt at ease. The fill and color gel was perfect! I actually love looking at my nails! This is really one of the best fills I've ever had. It was perfect! If I'm ever in that part of Georgia again, I will definitely be back!
I went by on a Monday and got gel polish and a fill in. It is now Sunday and my polish has come off and one of the nails they fixed fell off. I am so upset I paid $50 dollars and my nails didn't even last the day after the polish was already starting to chip
