We switched from a higher-priced veterinary practice in which we rarely saw the same doctor twice to this smaller and more affordable practice with excellent personalized service. We never had trouble getting an appointment when needed. Communication was excellent. The doctors are thorough, knowledgeable, and skilled at explaining the medical realities and options, even when the news is not good. We had great experience with all other staff as well. A job posting on their website lists one of the job requirements as "compassion and kindness for animals and their humans," and that is exactly what we experienced here.
