“Sam and Ato are lovely humans and always do good work. When I ask them to use unscented laundry soap, they do, and never charge me. I have had rips, tears, holes and small alterations fixed and have always been very happy with the results, and grateful I don't have to do them since I am a terrible seamstress. They always pick up and drop off laundry free of charge (although they are a small outfit and I hope everyone is tipping them well, if they pick up and drop yours off too). I have been using their laundry and dry cleaning services for 12 years and I have never had a problem. I am grateful they are in the neighborhood.“

“Gentle Touch is our go to for anything clothing related! My husband needed a few suit pants/jackets taken in. The owners knew exactly where to make the alterations and they came out perfectly. The suits fitted so much better and the stitching was flawless.I have had a few blouses to have dry cleaned. The owners noticed a cluster of small oil stains I had and took the time to clean it out. I honestly didn’t think they’d come out so I left it, but they were able to get it out.I also appreciate that they have organic dry cleaning. They press all of our items neatly and when I take out my clothing from the protectors, there isn’t a harsh chemical smell that some cleaners might leave behind.They’re also super accommodating if you’re in a rush.The owners have been running this place for a long time. “The lady at the counter is really friendly and kind. I brought in my favorite rain jacket with a big oil stain that may have been there for a while. She told me they’d do their best to remove the stain but could not guarantee it. When I picked it up today, the stain is totally gone. I am so grateful for their quality of work.“
