Ryan came to our house within a few minutes of our call (despite having never worked with us before), identified the problem, and purchased/installed the replacement part we needed that afternoon. We had been concerned about a safety issue so having him come in person and take a look at everything that day was extremely appreciated. He was professional, easy to work with, friendly, and prompt. “John Masone, the business owner responded immediately with a visit to my residence where we suddenly experienced an outage of half of our electrical service. John safely and temporarily restored full service so we would not be inconvenienced over the weekend. On early Monday' morning a crew was sent providing full and permanent restoration. In a follow up conversation John recommended a sub panel as the existing panel was fully populated. I opted for a full panel replacement which was not only an upgrade, but provided additional room for future additional circuit breakers. The replacement panel was installed the very next day by a very pleasant and capable crew.
