Our 25-year old HVAC system was hanging on out of sheer loyalty… but the time had come to bite the bullet and purchasing a new central air system. For those of you that have not priced these things out before, quite a bit has changed over time…like the cost! Also, technology has moved on as well, so it’s virtually impossible to replace “just the condenser” without all the additional furnace components…they simply won’t work together.

This past Saturday when the temperature was 5 degrees outside, one of my two thermostats was not working properly as it couldn’t reach the set temperature without plummeting below 65 degrees. I called AAA Comfort Air on Sunday morning. The service technician came right out despite the short notice. He inspected my furnace pipes and heating vents throughout my house. It was then that he discovered that I did not have my vents open! That was the problem. He was very respectful and nice. He even waived the service fee! I hired this company previously to clean my boiler and furnace and he did a great job and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend... read full review
