We worked with Chris from HGO as our mortgage broker. We had a very short timeline to close on a property, and given some of the work that was required on this property, our other lender had dropped out at the last minute. Chris and team saved the deal, securing a mortgage in under two weeks. What makes this even more impressive is that this all happened during the holidays, with our application right before Christmas and the mortgage approval arriving a few days after New Year's.
