I just had a furnace replaced and this company not only helped me by crediting back some of the previous work they just did on it (I did not ask for this and they offered it when they checked previous history. It was an older furnace and they fixed it when we were in a bad cold snap this winter it was close to 0. They warned me the furnace was old and may need replacement and sure enough it did!) The gentleman and his apprentice who is a local Cranford kid came and could not have been more professional, cleaner and nicer. They even played with our dogs. True service and proper work from a great local company. Thank you BAC!

I've been working with BAC for a number of calls for heating, cooling and hot water for my home over the last two years and this team of fine folks always delivers great results. I appreciate that my needs are heard, someone usually tries to help and give good advice via the phone where possible, and the techs that come out are polite and get the job done right. I've never been faced with an unexpected charge, my options are clearly communicated, and prices seem very reasonable to me. Thank you for keeping my family comfortable <3
