First off Ryan from All County Waterproofing – He was amazing to work with and even though I created an issue/misunderstanding he was very understanding and we worked out the issue. So, I can say the Customer Service is very patience and understanding. I apologize and thank you again.The All-County Waterproofing Crew were able to fix the issue within the day and it's been about a week and with no issues so far. The result is exactly what was expected with no pooling from the foundation and any excess moisture leading to a sub-pump. so, we are happy with the results.

We used All County Waterproofing after having some recurring issues with water in the basement. They were able to fix the issue within a few days and it's been about 6 months, so we feel really confident about the results. We held our breath through the first few big storms after, and have been so happy with the results. Such peace of mind now.

Great experience and results, they committed on a time and price and delivered a great result for waterproofing the basement in one day. After the work was done, a supervisor came to check and make sure all the terms were respected and all the details covered.
