These folks are amazing and this evening was the second time I've gone to them. Scheduled maintenance, then needed it sooner due to a bit of an emergency with an adjacent unit. Robert arrived within an hour of calling me back, and everything was handled professionally, calmly and quickly. Highly recommended!
Cranbury Comfort came the next day to address my 12 yr old system. Edward did all he could and succeeded in getting the unit up and running efficiently . Being in Rossmoore just 4 mo and having an ill husband, Ginger the owner had someone come the very next day. I will definitely be calling this company again if need be.. Have been using Cranbury Comfort for quite a few years now. I never really thought about a service contract but once I saw how inexpensive it was, I opted for the twice a year service. Over time I got to know the staff and felt more comfortable with their work. My 27 year old HVAC was still working but totally inefficient and really needed an upgrade so they came out and put in new heating and cooling system which is night and day over what I had. I had one small issue with the outdoor unit and that was quickly resolved under warranty.
