I have a milk and nut allergy to the touch, so I bring my own lotion. I can’t use many scrubs and lotions because they contain these ingredients and I will break out in hives.I let all the employees know this and the manager, and I brought my own lotion to be used.But… they Still put a scrub on me, even though I asked them not to. Really?Guess what happened!? Omg! You can do everything to prevent something from happening and it will STILL happen! SMHI also asked for an extra foot massage, I said I would pay extra of course. The workers were very friendly and respectful. I was able to enjoy the massage in the chair and the cleanliness and process of the Spa Pedicure as well as the simplicity of the Regular Manicure . However, the nail polish was extremely of bad quality and cracked the very next day. It was also dissapointing that the next day my left pinky was aching while walking at the park in my sneakers despite the callus removal from the Spa Pedicure, which was proven to be ineffective in removing that old skin from my toe. I also don't appreciate the cash only policy for tips.

I have been going to Friendly nails for years! I have never had a problem. Kim is awesome!!!!! She is very attentive to the care of your feet and nails. My dad, brother, mom , husband and daughter also go there too!!!!
