Many regulars, including entire families, have had positive experiences over the years. Annie and company are dedicated, knowledgeable, and most of all - friendly! The place is immaculate and they take cleanliness seriously. Annie does such a great job and knows what customers like. It is a great place to be pampered. Annie takes her time with customers and enjoys their company, is talented and kind. She keeps the shop very clean. Many customers leave with smiles on their faces. Annie goes above and beyond her job. However, some guests have reported issues with nail polish quality and the effectiveness of callus removal. Additionally, the salon operates on a cash-only policy for tips. Overall, it is a place where clients feel cared for and valued.
I love getting pedicures with Kim, no one cleans the cuticles like her and my regular pedicure does not chip ever! I drive a little further and go out of my way to only get pedicures here. All of the technicians Annie and the others are great my daughter has gone to them but I have been going there specifically to Kim for years and I have gone to other places that were supposedly the best but always prefer a pedicure with her. They also participate on a discount card I have which is very nice to save! I go about every 3 weeks.

Annie is great !! She does such a great job and knows what I like !! I highly recommend Friendly Nails to anyone who wants great customer service with a friendly atmosphere..it's a great place to be pampered!! Everyone needs to be pampered and feel great!!!
