Been coming here for over 15 years. Absolutely love it here. Everyone is so nice, my appointment was for 11:00am. I got there at 10:52 they saw me right away. I was in and out less than 30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The entire staff are exceptionally well trained, courteous and very polite. Dr. Ross is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. When I called to make an appointment, I asked one of the receptionists if they take my insurance for a routine eye exam. They said yes, so that was a plus. When I walked into the store, everyone greeted me with a smile :D . I was pretested with 3 machines by the eye technician, and he explained to me what each machine was for. He then showed me into Dr. Ross's room and he began the exam. Dr. Ross asked questions and he was very alerted and fast. He knew what he was doing! The staff are very friendly and Dr. Ross has a great sense of humor! He is a very nice man and helps me out whenever I have a problem with my eye. I will come back again for an eye exam!
