Excellent gym for people who want to get in shape, feel healthier, and meet great people that support your journey and encourage you daily. Stephanie and Kathy are phenomenal trainers that love helping you reach your personal goal with weights, cardio, and lots of other styles and techniques. I never joined a gym in my life, and they made it less intimidating and actually fun. Highly recommend!!
I began training with Kathy at Destination Fitness last July, and it was the best decision I ever made. Kathy and her daughter Stephanie are fantastic trainers. Kathy is an expert in working with every body type and every level of weight and flexibility training. Her knowledge of human anatomy is simply amazing. She not only takes you through the weight routines, she explains exactly how you are helping your body to work better as you are doing them. Kathy and Stephanie are two of the kindest and most pleasant people around, They make it a joy to work out!
I've been taking personal training classes with Stephanie for the past seven months now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I actually waited to hit my 6 months of training before leaving this review, as I really wanted to look back at my experience so far.
