I very recently dealt with Colonial Appliance because my Wall-in air conditioner malfunctioned too soon. Tom explained to me that no one comes out to fix these units, unfortunately, but he gave me a very good deal on a new wall in AC... and even price matched. Delivery was seamless.....All in all, I'm very happy with the service I received from Tom, and the installers.
