I walked in to Dr Garveys office with a tight and very closed up throat that I knew was not anything bronchial. I suspected an allergy but could not pinpoint what was making my breathing half of what it normally was. I had a diagnosis of winter asthma because it had been happening for the last five years in the winter. Dr Garvey did AATntezting and it turns out I am allergic to cow cheese and cow milk. I'm also allergic to Dogs! I have three and the one who is Not hypoallergenic is 5 Years old! With the windows closed in the winter it was inevitable!. I brought my son to Dr. Garvey after he experienced full body hives. She was excellent with him and we were able to determine the root cause. Dr. Garvey gave us recommendations and resources that we have utilized and my son has not had a reaction since. She was thorough and took her time with us at the appointment which is always so important to me as a mother, when something is going on with your child you want a doctor who is as invested as you are to help them heal.

Dr. Garvey is knowledgable, caring, and approach to allergies truly works! I visited her for seasonal allergies in 2018 and felt relief immediately after her treatment. The effects lasted for 5 years at which point I visited a second time, again for seasonal allergies, and again felt immediate relief. I believe the recurrence of my allergies may have been related to the hormonal changes inherent to my pregnancy. If you are struggling with allergies of any sort and are considering Dr. Garvey, go!! You will not regret it and I could not recommend her more highly.
