Amazing experience! I've been doing infrared sauna sessions for over two months, and they've helped tremendously with inflammation and circulation. Each session provides a great sweat while supporting detoxification. Yvette is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I can't wait to try some of the other treatments she offers. Y'HER was an incredible experience with a beautiful spa and professional service. It is the type of place you want to return to which makes it easy to come back for more. The red light treatment felt great. I would do it again.

Today I went for my very first colonic! I went to detox and just to flush out my colon. I didn’t know what to expect (besides TikTok’s I watched). Yvette was unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process. She gave me step-by-step instructions and helped me feel comfortable. She knew when it was appropriate to leave for a more intimate experience and she knew when to come in for help and assist.
And, the place was spotless. Don’t be turned off by the area that it’s in; it’s a beautiful atmosphere that’s very well-done. I will be returning and I will be recommending my girlfriends as well!
