Our roof was a complicated project that got more complicated when the old roof started coming off. Two layers of shingles, rotten decking and rotten rafters. Cost and duration of the job went up but team worked with us to control costs and manage expectations. Craftsmanship is outstanding. Our roofline is very complicated and from what I can see great attention was put to making sure everything was done correctly. Improvements made to how different elevations of the roof come together. I’m not a roofer but it is clear to me some of the improvements they made in addition to just the replacement of the roof.
