I came into the Valvoline in Clifton (Van Houten) and was immediately greeted by the Manager Marquis. Upon driving my car in the facility for the oil change, Mahmoud and Derek explained the services to me and were not only courteous but professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Nicolas on the bottom side also performed his work quickly. You’d think that an express shop they would rush through the job and push you along quickly but they spent additional time to make sure I was important as a customer and even cleared a bunch of leaves I had in my car as a courtesy. Top notch service at a reasonable price. 10/10 recommend.

This was my first time at Valvoline. The experience was top notch, especially the service of Marquise, the manager, and Micah, the assistant manager. Just great, start to finish. I plan to keep coming back. I wish I had known about you sooner.

I had an extremely frustrating and costly experience at this location. I went in for a routine oil change, but before the service was even completed, the associate charged me for the remaining balance.
When I turned on my car, the oil gun was still stuck in the valve. This caused serious damage—the valve broke, and I was left with a repair bill of $1,150 out of pocket. On top of that, I had to arrange and pay for towing myself.
It has now been two weeks without my car, and according to my mechanic, the damage may be severe enough that I might need to replace the entire vehicle. Despite all of this, this location has taken no responsibility for what happened.
I strongly advise others to avoid this place. What should have been a simple oil change turned into a major financial and logistical nightmare.

I visited this location around 5:15 p.m., even though their posted hours say they close at 6:00 p.m. There was no notice on their website or anywhere stating they would be closing early for Halloween. When I arrived, I was told the place was closed due to the holiday, yet all the employees were in the back drinking and smoking. I also went to a second location and experienced the same issue. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this business.
